Sonus Levis does not transmit any personal information to Tatman Games or any third party, nor is any personal information saved by the app, except as described below. The app creates and stores locally on your device a list of MP3 files found on the device, application settings that you may modify, and playlists that you create. This data is retained solely for the functionality of the app and only on the device the app runs on, and is removed by uninstalling the app. This data is not shared with Tatman Games or any other entity. If you choose to submit a help desk request, you may be asked to provide information about your device (such as model, operating system version, or other relevant details) which may be transmitted, with your permission, to Tatman Games and stored until the issue is resolved. Once the issue is closed, any information collected will be removed and no longer retained by Tatman Games.

Founded in 2018 to build exciting and dynamic desktop games, Tatman Games has been quietly working under the radar. For the first few years the focus was building engines that simulate life-like economic behavior within closed systems.
On October 23, 2023, Tatman Games released the first of those games, Max Capacity. Tatman Games is founded by Matt Raffel (), a 30-year software engineering veteran with most of his experience delivering commercial software products in FinTech.
